1. SHIPPING  : HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING , PROCESSING AND HANDLING TAKE ?

Pre Orders : Processing takes anywhere from 1-2 business processing days, excluding the day you ordered. Takes about 3-4 business days for us to receive the items and Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via your email . Shipping takes about  3-4 business days. Tracking activity becomes available within 24hours. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we no longer have any control over it . PLEASE be sure to contact mail carrier for further details & Info after receiving your tracking number .  VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

We do not offer refunds , exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons !!

3. ORDERS/CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS :

Since we work very hard in processing and shipping items out as soon as possible , orders cannot be edited after payment is complete. HollyHood Hair Collection LLC will not be responsible for any lost items . If your tracking details/Info states that your package has been delivered and you didn't receive it , HollyHood Hair Collection is NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for this! So please be sure to contact U.S. Postal Services ( U.S.P.S ) for more info if this happens to you ...
